Today we went to the dreaded Health Department (I hate that place)to get immunization shots. Austin had his 6 months set of shots and Haley and Natalie had to get theirs to go to school this fall. They were looking so forward to it and I was trying to pump them up for it too. They said they were not going to cry and they did paper rock scissors to see who would go first. Well Natalie went first and she was pretty tough but started to cry at about the second one. They had to get four. Two in one arm and two in the other. After she was done it was Haley's turn. I am so surprised that she did not cry until the very last one. She said it burned really bad. Over all the were some troopers. I am proud of my little girls. At the end of the day, I surprised them with their favorite.... chicken and rice. They love this Chinese place right down the road from our house, so we went there to get something to eat.
